DELIVERY AND RETURNS


 

 

Ski Equip deliver throughout mainland Britain and aim to get your order to you within 5 working days. We use various couriers and delivery methods depending on the size of your order and your location. We work hard to find the best delivery service for every product we sell, and select a service based on the weight, size and fragility of each item.

 
Rates are based on the amount purchased and are automatically calculated at checkout as follows:
 
Online purchase between    £1-£50 - Standard delivery charge of £5
 
                                                 £51-£99 - Standard delivery charge of £8
 
                                                 £100 and above - Free delivery

 
 
As a small family run business, we like to keep our delivery costs down and make our procedures simple for customers. We aren’t aiming to profit from delivering products, just cover the cost of processing your order and get it to you in a reasonable length of time. Our standard delivery time is 3-5 days from receipt of your order though at busy times, this may be longer.
 

 
We work with selected reputable couriers, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates & times as we are relying on third parties outside the control of Ski Equip. We will do our best to meet your specific requirements so please contact us with any request related to your order, as soon as possible
 

 
Our returns policy is also straightforward and intended to give you peace of mind when dealing with Ski Equip. Simply return your unused product to us in its original packaging for an exchange or refund minus any delivery charges paid. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Products must be received by us within 28 days of the original order date and include a fully completed returns form, downloadable below.
 

 
After we receive your item/s, Ski Equip will carry out a full inspection and may need to speak to you so please make sure the contact details on the form are correct. If you have requested a refund, please keep in mind that it can take up to 10 business days from processing to show up on your card statement. Please contact us with any questions you may have regarding delivery and returns.
